Evonik Goldschmidt Corporation, a manufacturer of specialty chemicals based in Germany, has announced that its Interface and Performance business line will increase prices for products marketed in North and South America, effective May 1, 2012. Silicone specialty additives will increase up to 4% and organic products will increase up to 10%, depending on the product. Select products will be subject to higher increases.
